Watford City Oilers Hockey State Tournament Update

The Watford City Oilers Jr. Gold and 19U Hockey teams are currently competing at their state tournaments.
Hockey Coach Jarrett Wold provided The Farmer with a update on each team. The Jr. Gold played against Minot on Thursday and lost 6-1. Today they played Fargo, and lost 8-5. The Jr. Gold's next game will take place at 11:30 a.m., Saturday morning.
The 19U girls beat Sidney in their opening game with a score of 4-2 this morning. The next match up for 19U is today at 4:30 p.m. against Crosby. Wold says if the girls win against Crosby today, they will head to the semifinal game on Saturday at 7 p.m.
