North Dakota wraps up 2024 growing season

The 2024 growing season in North Dakota is drawing to a close, with area farmers making good progress for the year.
According to the last USDA report for 2024, topsoil and subsoil moisture conditions remain relatively adequate, with 50 percent and 48 percent rated as such, respectively, some areas continue to experience dryness, with 14 percent and 16 percent rated as very short.
