McKenzie County Public School District No. 1 offers new learning program to students

McKenzie County Public School District No. 1 is staying on the cutting edge of education with its Watford City Virtual Academy (WCVA). This innovative program offers online instruction for students in grades K-12. Haylee Redfield, Communications Coordinator for the district, recently announced that registration for the program opened on December 2.
According to its website, the District has two “modes of virtual learning,” which includes either formal full-time enrollment in one of two academies: Watford City 9-12 Virtual Academy (WC912VA) and Watford City K-8 Virtual Academy (WCK8VA), or as a supplement to their regular in-person attendance.
